1. Beginner Hatha Yoga

  • Time: Saturdays, 10:15 AM - 11:00 AM

  • Who It’s For: Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to build a strong foundation in yoga. This class is especially helpful for those seeking better posture, balance, and stress relief.

  • Details: In this 6-week series, we’ll focus on mastering basic poses, breathing techniques, and gentle transitions from sitting to standing. It’s a calm, approachable way to start your yoga journey, tailored for all body types and fitness levels.

  • Cost: $40 per class


2. Intermediate Yoga: Backbends

  • Time: Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

  • Who It’s For: Designed for intermediate yogis who want to deepen their practice, improve flexibility, and safely explore backbends. This class is ideal if you’re looking to challenge yourself while enhancing spinal mobility and strength.

3. Self-Defense Muay Thai

  • Time: Sundays, 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM

  • Who It’s For: Ideal for anyone looking to build self-confidence, learn practical self-defense skills, and get a great workout in the process. Perfect for women who want to feel empowered and capable.

  • Details: This 6-week series is led by Coach Ben, a skilled kickboxer, and focuses on foundational Muay Thai techniques like punches, kicks, and defensive strategies. Classes are fun, empowering, and tailored to all fitness levels.
